UFC fighter Mike Davis (9-2)
MMA fighters are savages. They are the best athletes on the planet earth, however, they are also human and enjoy things just like you and me. I want you to know the person who lays their body and health on the line every time the cage locks.
Mike “Beast Boy” Davis is a professional fighter in the UFC lightweight division. He has a 90% finish rate with seven knockouts and one submission. Davis is one of the most skilled and toughest fighters that no one seems to talk about enough.
Well, I have a feeling he will be on more people’s radar after his most recent fight.
After going 7-0 on the regional scene, Davis got a short notice fight against welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns. He lost the fight but rebounded six months later with an absolute beat down of Thomas Gifford.
Unfortunately, ‘Beast Boy’ had to sit out of 2020 with a couple of cancelations. On top of the fight cancelations, Davis said in an interview, “Injuries, sicknesses, infections, financial struggles, forced out of my house. A lot went down in 2020.”
Davis returned to action in the ‘UFC fight of the month’ with highly touted prospect Mason Jones. It was a fantastic fight, and like I said earlier – Davis got hundreds if not thousands of new fans with his performance. He also received a fight of the night 50 thousand dollar check, deservedly so.
When asked when he wants to return, Davis said, “April in Miami or Singapore.”
